OVEN PORK CHOPS 
4 loin pork chops, 1 to 1 1/2 inch thick
4 slices lemon, 1/4 inch thick
4 center slices of onion, 1/4 inch thick
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. catsup

Brown chops. Arrange in pan or casserole. Season with salt and pepper. Top each chop with a slice of lemon and a slice of onion. Mix together brown sugar and catsup and pour over chops. Be sure the top of each chop is coated with sauce. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Remove cover, continue basting and bake for 5 more minutes.
