LOUISIANA MUD CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme

Beat eggs and sugar together until thick. Combine melted butter, flour, cocoa, pecans and vanilla together in another bowl. Mix well. Add this flour mixture to eggs and sugar and mix well. Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan. Spread marshmallow creme on hot cake. Let cool and ice.

ICING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Melt butter in small saucepan. Remove from heat and add milk, sugar, and vanilla. Beat. Add nuts and mix. Spread on cake.
