MUD PIE (CAKE) 
1 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. pecans
1 jar marshmallow cream

Melt butter and add cocoa, eggs, sugar, and flour. Then add pecans and coconut. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and while still warm, spread 1 jar of marshmallow cream on top of cake and cool for 15 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar, sifted

Mix all together. Add 1 cup of nuts and spread on cake.
