GERRY'S GRANOLA | |
1 1/2 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. rolled rye or wheat flakes 1 c. cashews (or other nuts, chopped) 1/2 c. sunflower seeds 1/2 c. sesame seeds 1/2 c. untoasted wheat germ 1/3 c. honey 1/3 c. sesame or safflower oil 1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle soy flour, cinnamon and dry milk on top. Bake on cookie sheet at 300 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Stir frequently. After baking, add coconut, raisins, chopped dates, roll in milk powder and any other goodies you like. |
