BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. ground beef
1 qt. sour cream
1 lb. mushrooms
1 lg. onion
1/2 stick butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. nutmeg

Saute mushrooms and onion (sliced) in butter. Add beef and brown. Drain 1/2 the liquid. Add sour cream and spices. Serve over noodles and enjoy!
