1 lb. round tip steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pkg. beef-flavored Ramen noodles
1/4 c. steak sauce
1 medium carrot, shredded
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 c. peanuts, chopped

Cook beef with oil to desired tenderness. Break noodles into 4 sections and cook (save beef seasoning/flavoring packet). Combine cooked noodles, steak sauce, carrot, onion and beef seasoning/flavoring packet. Cook until heated throughout. Add beef. Sprinkle with peanuts.

Yield: 4 servings.
