MOTHER'S PUMPKIN PIE 
1 lg. can pumpkin
6 eggs, beaten well
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. cornstarch mixed in a little milk
5 c. milk
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 (9 or 10-inch) pie shells, unbaked

Mix all ingredients well. Divide into the 3 pie shells. Bake at 475 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for the next 45 minutes.
