GOURMET SANDWICHES 
6 English muffins
12 slices Canadian ham or sliced ham
12 slices drained pineapple
12 slices Swiss cheese
12 slices tomatoes

Butter each half of an English muffin, put a slice of pineapple on each half of the muffins, then put the ham and the cheese on top of the pineapple. Put under the broiler until the cheese is bubbling hot. Remove from oven and put the slice of tomato on each half. Serve immediately.
