CROCKPOT SEAFOOD NEWBERG 
1 c. whole grain rice
1 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. white wine
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. parsley
16 oz. frozen shrimp
12 oz. haddock fillets
12 oz. crabmeat
1 pt. heavy cream (2 c.)

Combine first 7 ingredients. Stir well. Defrost all seafood. Add fish, shrimp and crabmeat, coating well with sauce. Cook on low for 7 hours. Stir briskly to break up fish into bite-size pieces. Stir in cream, blending well. Cook 1 hour more.
