LEMON POUND CAKE 
2 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. butter or 2 1/4 sticks
5 eggs & mix
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk or cream
2 tsp. lemon extract

Mix all ingredients together and put in Bundt cake pan or any cake pan with hole in center.

LEMON GLAZE:

3-4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Little water, if needed
