PATTI'S SEAFOOD NACHOS | |
Nacho chips (enough to cover 2 plates) 1 lb. seafood select 1/2 lb. claw crabmeat 6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1/8 tsp. chili powder 1/8 tsp. paprika Pick through crabmeat. Divide seafood select and crabmeat in half and mix each together making 2 portions. Microwave each portion on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Mix each portion with half of the mayonnaise. Spread a layer of chips on each plate and cover with a portion of the seafood mixture. Microwave each on High for another 1 1/2 minutes. Mix the 2 cheeses together and sprinkle half of the mixture over each plate. Microwave each on High until the cheese is bubbly (1 1/2 minutes). Sprinkle each plate with a dash of chili powder and paprika. Serve immediately. |
