SKIPPY APPLE CRUMBLE 
6 tart, firm apples
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Skippy peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter

Peel, core, and slice apples. Arrange in greased shallow baking dish about 10 x 6 inches. Sprinkle lemon juice over apples.

Mix sugar, flour, and salt. Cut in Skippy peanut butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is crumbly. Spread evenly over top of apples. Bake at moderate oven (375 degrees) about 50 minutes or until apples are soft.
