URUGAYAN BAKING POWDER PIZZA DOUGH | |
2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 c. water 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 4 tbsp. oil Stir in oil and water to flour and baking powder. Add salt. Mix well. Roll out to desired thickness (thick crust or thin crust). Grease pan very generously and heat pan in 425 degree F. oven until oil is sizzling. Remove pan from oven; place dough in pan. Pour sauce over crust. Add toppings and grated cheese. Bake for about 35 minutes. (Exact time for baking depends on thickness of dough. Check often!) |
