MEXICAN LAYER DIP 
3 avocados, mashed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cans bean dip
1 c. green onions & tops
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 chopped tomatoes
1 c. picante sauce
1 c. sliced black olives

Mash avocados and lemon juice. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Put bean dip in dish, top with avocados, layer with sour cream mixture and sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with cheese and top with picante sauce.
