MICRO - POACHED SALMON 
2 lg. salmon steaks
2 tbsp. butter
2-3 tbsp. lemon juice
2-3 tbsp. white wine
Parsley
Seasoning salt
Dill

Melt butter in casserole 1 minute on high. Roll steaks in melted butter and arrange in same dish, with the thickest portion of the salmon to the outside. Squeeze lemon juice over the steaks and season with seasoning salt and dill. Garnish with parsley. Add wine and cover with plastic wrap. Be sure to poke holes in the wrap and microwave 5-6 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
