MINT - GLAZED CARROTS 
16 oz. can carrots, drained
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. mint jelly

Heat to boiling, stirring. Lower heat; simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Stir 1 or 2 times until carrots are glazed (shiny) and heated through. 4 servings.
