5 c. crushed peaches
7 c. sugar
1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) boxes or 1 (6 oz.) box strawberry gelatin

Any flavor of gelatin may be used.

Combine peaches, sugar and pineapple. Boil for 15 minutes, then add gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Pack into jars and seal.
