PEACH JAM 
5 c. crushed peaches
7 c. sugar
1 can (#2 1/2) crushed pineapple
2 boxes (3 oz.) or 1 box (6 oz.) strawberry gelatin

Combine peaches, sugar and pineapple. Boil 15 minutes, then add gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Pour into jars and seal.
