BAR-B-Q RIBS 
2 onions
1 bell pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 bottle catsup
Salt, pepper, garlic salt
1 or more tsp. liquid smoke
Dash of celery salt

Simmer 1/2 hour at 350 degrees; 2 1/2 hours at 250 degrees. Country style or spare ribs are good with this sauce.
