RICE PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. rice (not instant)
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. raisins
Pinch salt
2 eggs

Place milk, rice, sugar, butter and salt in top of double boiler and stir to mix. Set over boiling water and let cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally. When cooked, take eggs. Beat them and add a little of the hot pudding into them. Then add to main part of pudding. Add evaporated milk, vanilla and raisins. Pour into bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and chill.
