1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water
1 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring

Mix all ingredients together and cook over medium heat until mixture becomes "sticky". Remove from heat. Divide into quantities as to colors desired. Add food coloring and mix well. After mixture has cooled, store in air tight container in refrigerator.
