BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch raw broccoli (cut up)
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
2 tsp. wine vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

Cut stems from broccoli, using only florets. Break florets into bite-size pieces. Mix raw broccoli, onion, bacon, raisins and sunflower seeds together.

Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar. Pour liquid mixture over broccoli mixture. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Best if made the night before.
