PRETZEL SALAD 
1 c. crushed pretzels
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix together pretzels, butter, and sugar. Press into long glass dish. Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, and sugar together and spread on first layer.

Drain juice from pineapple and mix with sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thick, then add pineapple and spread on top. Keep in refrigerator.

Using pretzels sounds unusual but just wait until you hear the raves come in from those who eat it!
