TURTLE CAKE 
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 box German chocolate cake mix
14 oz. bag caramels
6 oz. bag chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix together half can milk, 3/4 cup butter and cake mix. Pour half the mixture into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes. In a pot, melt caramels and rest of milk. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans. Spoon rest of batter over top and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
