1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. cereal (Cinnamon Toast Crunch)
2 to 3 c. confectioners sugar

In microwave, melt butter, chips and peanut butter. Add cereal and confectioners sugar, tossing until cereal is all coated.
