LASAGNE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
12 oz. tomato paste
2 c. water
2 tbsp. dehydrated onion or 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/8 tsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 1/2 c. hot water
16 oz. raw lasagna noodles
1 lb. each of Mozzarella & aged Swiss cheese slices

Brown together hamburger, salt and pepper. Add and bring to boil the tomato paste, 2 cups water, onion, garlic salt, sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and Italian seasoning. Add 4 1/2 cups hot water (the added water is needed when raw noodles are used).

METHOD: Pour 2 cups sauce into lasagna pan. Then add a layer of raw lasagna noodles and a layer of cheese. Repeat layers of sauce, noodles and cheese, finishing with sauce and cheese on top. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. When done, lift one corner of foil to let steam out and let set a few minutes before serving.
