AZUKI BEANS AND RICE 
2 c. brown rice
3 1/2 c. cold water
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 thin sliced carrot
1/2 c. Azuki beans
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 chopped onion

Bring to boil. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Turn heat off; let stand 20 minutes.
