JOSIE'S ORIENTAL SPARERIBS 
5 lb. spareribs
1 qt. pineapple juice
2 cans 7-Up soda
2 heads garlic, minced
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tsp. hot Tabasco sauce
Soy sauce to color

DAY BEFORE SERVING:

Cut ribs into 2 or 3 rib sections. In large sauce pot over high heat, heat to boiling spareribs and enough water to cover. Reduce heat, simmer 1 hour; drain. Cool ribs.

MARINADE: Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Add pre-cooked spareribs. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Grill for 20 minutes or until fork tender over medium coals, turning occasionally.

To broil: Broil for 20 minutes or until fork tender, turning occasionally.
