AUNT MARGARET'S CRANBERRY CAKE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder

Beat all together and fold in 3 cups fresh cranberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes in an 8 or 9 inch pan. Serve with warmed sauce.

SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together in saucepan and heat until hot and bubbly. Pour over cake.
