MEAT AND POTATO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 slices bread (broken)
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chop onion
1 pkg. instant potatoes
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce1 1/4 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix beef, bread, milk, egg, onion, salt and worcestershire sauce. Spread mixture evenly in a 9 inch pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Prepare potatoes according to package instructions. Drain excess fat from meat mixture. Spread cooked potatoes over meat. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Return to oven for 3 to 4 minutes until cheese melts.
