1 lb. hamburger
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. bread crumbs
3 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Combine egg, milk, crumbs, salt and pepper. Add beef, mix well. Press into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Combine onion and green pepper with mashed potatoes, and spread in meat shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.
