1/4 c. milk
Cracker crumbs
1 lb. ground round
1/2 env. onion soup
1 sm. pkg. frozen hash browns
2-crust pie
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix meat with dry soup mix, cracker crumbs and milk in a medium-sized bowl. Make pie crust. Put meat mixture in bottom crust; place hash browns on top. Salt and pepper potatoes. Add top crust and bake 1 hour until done.
