BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch (3 stalks) of broccoli
1 pkg. Hormel Black Label Bacon
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. white raisins
1 pack of slivered almonds (1/3 c.)
1 c. mayonnaise
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar
Red onions, optional

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Refrigerate overnight. Remove stems from broccoli, using only the flowerets chopped in small pieces. Cook bacon and crumble. Add crumbled bacon, cheese, white raisins and almonds to broccoli. Just prior to serving, add dressing to broccoli mixture and mix well. Red onions may be added to broccoli mixture, if desired.
