1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (9 oz.) pkg. None-Such condensed mincemeat

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs, beat until smooth. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Crumble and stir in mincemeat.

Drop by rounded teaspoonful 2 inches apart onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Just a little white in center when done.
