CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. boneless chicken
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix

Prepare stuffing mix as directed on box; set it aside. Bring to boil cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables and 1 cup of chicken broth from boiled chicken. In 8x10 inch casserole dish place chicken pieces in bottom of dish. Pour soup and vegetable mixture over chicken. Spoon stuffing mix on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
