5 CAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken rice soup
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
1 c. cashew nuts (opt.)

Brown ground beef and onions in a little butter. Add soy sauce, soups and mixed vegetables. Mix thoroughly; fold in 1/2 of noodles. Pour into large casserole or 9"x13" pan. Top with remaining noodles and sprinkle with cashews, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
