CHILI CON QUESO DIP 
4 oz. can diced chili peppers
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 to 3/4 c. light cream or half and half
1 sm. onion
1 tomato, peeled and chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, cut into chunks
Optional, chunky salsa to taste

In sauce pan, saute onions until clear. Add tomatoes, chili peppers, sour cream, and cream. Bring to a slight boil. Add cream cheese, melt down (not too much). Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy.
