PINEAPPLE COCONUT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 can pineapple, drained
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut

Mix well and cook in tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
