CHINESE CHICKEN 
1 can Durkee onion rings
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. frozen Chinese vegetables, defrost, but do not cook
1 pkg. blunt cut string beans
1 can mushroom caps
1/4 lb. shredded sharp cheese
2 c. cubed chicken or turkey

Blend all ingredients but onion rings. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Crush onion rings and sprinkle on top of casserole and return to oven to bake a few more minutes. (Best not to use whole can of onion rings.) If you double or triple recipe use turkey breast rather than chicken breast.
