PIGS IN BLANKET 
2 c. of Bisquick
1 egg
8 oz. beer
1 lbs. pork link sausage

The night before open one can/bottle of your favorite beer, and drink 4 ounces, as you only need 8 ounces. If you drink to much don't despair as you may finish that one and open another. Place open beer in the refrigerator.

The next morning fry your sausage as normal, mix bisquick, egg and stale beer together. Turn griddle on at 360 degrees. Cook your pancakes until golden brown (both sides), remove from griddle. Roll a sausage in a pancake and serve with maple syrup and butter.
