ARIZONA ANGELFOOD 
1 angelfood cake
8 oz. frozen strawberries
Red food coloring
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
Whipping cream
Fresh strawberries, 10-12

Cut the top off angel food cake just under 1 inch and set aside. Cut a well into the cake and pull out cake.

Dissolve strawberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water, add frozen strawberries. Add scooped out cake. Mix and jell, 2 minutes. Pour mixture into cake well. Cover with top. Frost with pink whipping cream.

Garnish with fresh strawberry slices cut lengthwise. Refrigerate 1 hour. When you slice your servings people will ooh and ahh!
