NEVER FAIL CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
3 c. sugar (granulated)
1 1/2 sticks butter
Pinch of salt
6 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together and bring to boil. Cook 1 1/2 minutes after it comes to a boil (or until soft ball forms when a small amount is dropped into cup of water). Remove from heat and beat until creamy. Will make enough to frost 3 layer cake.
