VICKIE'S CHOCOLATE CAKE 
CAKE:

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cocoa
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. red food coloring
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar

FUDGE FROSTING:

6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
8 oz. bag chocolate chips

Mix together cake ingredients in one large bowl. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool.

Frosting: Melt together butter, milk and sugar over low heat. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted.

(Note: Frosting doesn't get real thick until put on the cake.)
