MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE 
1 baked 9 inch pie shell
1 (12 oz.) jar of chocolate fudge topping
1 qt. coffee ice cream (softened)
3 tbsp. coffee flavored liqueur
2 c. whipped cream
1 c. chopped pecans

Place 1/2 cup pecans and 1/2 cup fudge topping into bottom of pie crust. Spoon ice cream that has been blended with coffee-flavored liqueur and 1/2 cup whipped cream into pie crust.

Freeze for 4 hours. Remove from freezer for 15 minutes before serving. Top each piece with remaining whipped cream, pecans and fudge topping.
