BANANA ROLLS 
4 big ripe bananas
1 tbsp. lemon juice
12 egg roll wrappers
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 c. granulated sugar
Cooking oil for deep frying
Granulated or powdered sugar or syrup

Peel bananas and cut crosswise into halves. Cut each half into 3 lengthwise sections. Sprinkle lemon juice over bananas. Pour each section into an egg roll wrapper. Sprinkle with sugar and toasted sesame seeds.

Wrap each section as for an egg roll. Deep fry in hot cooking oil until golden brown. Sprinkle with granulated or powdered sugar, or brush with syrup before serving.

NOTE: For variety, dip banana sections in syrup and sprinkle with additional sesame seeds before wrapping in egg roll wrapper.
