PEPPER JELLY 
1/2 c. hot peppers
3/4 c. bell peppers
1/4 tsp. salt
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo

Put peppers and 1 cup vinegar in blender on liquefy for at least 30 seconds. Rinse blender with remaining vinegar. Put sugar, pepper, and vinegar in large pot; add salt. Bring to a hard boil for 1 minute. Set off for 10 minutes. Add Certo and food coloring. Boil for 1 minute more. Pour in small jars. Makes 6 jars.
