CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
2 c. cooked cut up chicken
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. hot water
1 can bean sprouts
Mix: 1/3 c. water 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tbsp. sugar

Cook onions and celery in butter. Add chicken, salt and hot water. Add 1 can bean sprouts, then add cornstarch. Mix and cook 5 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles.
