QUICKIE SKILLET SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. spaghetti, broken into 1 inch pieces
1 clove of garlic, chopped (optional)
1 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 1/2 c. tomato juice

Brown ground beef with onions in skillet. Stirring until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Simmer, covered for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
