ITALIAN FRENCH DIP | |
1 lg. chuck roast, trim fat 1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix Lawry's seasoned salt 1-2 cans beef broth Place roast on double thickness of foil or heavy duty foil. Sprinkle Italian dressing mix and seasoned salt on roast. Wrap and seal carefully in foil. Place in shallow pan. Bake 8-10 hours at 250 degrees. Remove from oven. Flake meat into pan and add beef broth. Mix well. Serve on a crusty bun or open face on sliced French bread. Use less broth if serving on bun. |
