8 to 10 med. potatoes (cooked and mashed)
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic (or equivalent amount in garlic powder)
1/2 c. chives
8 to 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Cook potatoes and mix all ingredients together except cheese and paprika. Put into a casserole dish and top with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese has melted and bubbly.
